If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused or gently used

  • Products should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and personal care regulations, certain opened beauty and scalp care products may not be eligible for return.

Gift cards and final sale items are also non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
